Smiling Critters Catnap and Dogday PVC Collection Figurines
I recently got my hands on the 2026 release of the Smiling Critters Catnap and Dogday figurines to see if their physical presence lives up to their screen-based counterparts. These figures capture that unique blend of cartoon charm and spooky monster design that fans of the franchise have come to expect.
Performance & Build Quality
Constructed entirely from PVC, these figures feel sturdy and well-balanced for standing on a shelf. The paint application is clean with clear attention to the exaggerated, whimsical features that define the Catnap and Dogday characters.
Day-to-Day Experience
Setting these up is as simple as taking them out of the box and placing them on your desk or collection shelf. They are lightweight enough to be easily repositioned but remain stable enough to avoid tipping over during casual dusting.
These figures are perfect for adult collectors or older anime fans who appreciate the specific dark-whimsical aesthetic of the Smiling Critters series.
Final Thoughts
With a solid 4.77 rating, the Smiling Critters collection is a fantastic find for the $28.62 price point. If you are a fan of this specific monster aesthetic, these figures are a high-quality addition to any collection.
